Check google earth, the link by another poster might get you there. It is a long block from the Trump Hotel to the Strip. But it is farther to get to "the main part of the Strip. The Trump has a shuttle that goes to the Wynn and Caesars every 15 minutes. It's a 5 minute walk to Wynn from the lobby at Trump. As mentioned there is a shuttle to Caesars and Wynn although it's just as fast to walk to Wynn. The walk is fine and not unpleasant I've stayed there 3 times this year alone, and it's perfectly safe. We like to stay there for a couple reasons, we've stayed there probably 6 times total, including the above mentioned 3 times this year.
The Hotel- it's a boutique style hotel so no long walks to the elevator or from the elevators to the pool, lobby etc. The Mall- my wife spends a lot of time shopping whether it be at home or in LV and the Fashion Show is a great mall.
